What kind of payment methods are available?
We accept cash, card or bank transfer. Card payment can be made over the phone or in person during office hours.
Do you offer a forklifting service?
Yes, we have both a forklift and pump truck on-site in our self storage facility. This is free to use for our customers.
Are there any toilets on site?
Yes we have toilets in our self storage facility that are available for customer use.
What am I not allowed to store with you?
Drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited.
Does Green Giant Storage offer 24-hour access?
Absolutely! Customers have full access to their self storage unit, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, on bank holidays and even on Christmas!
Is there on-site CCTV?
We have state-of-the-art CCTV covering the whole site. Furthermore, the site is manned 24 hours.
Does anyone else have access to my unit?
Customers supply their own padlock or are able to purchase one from us. The keys are kept by the customer only.
Do I have to pay a deposit for my storage?
Yes, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and is refundable at the end of the tenancy agreement.
Is contents protection compulsory?
Although not compulsory, it is highly recommended.
